RDS Services Client Satisfaction Survey

RDS Services recently compiled the results from its bi-annual Client Satisfaction Surveys. We are proud to report a very positive response rate and very satisfied Early Retiree Reinsurance Program and Retiree Drug Subsidy Program clients.
This Survey was sent to all RDS Services clients who are involved in either the Retiree Drug Subsidy Program or both the Retiree Drug Subsidy and Early Retiree Reinsurance Program.
The purpose of this Survey was to gain an understanding of the satisfaction level of our clients who utilize our services, and to determine what we need to do as a company to improve. Participants were asked to respond to questions indicating the following levels of satisfaction: 1) Extremely/Excellent; 2) Above Average; 3) Average; 4) Fair; 5) Poor; or 6) No Response. The survey addressed the following areas:
Timeliness and completion of all the functions we complete on your behalf related to both the RDS and ERRP:
- 94% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Response time to your questions and concerns:
- 100% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Knowledge of both the Retiree Drug Subsidy and Early Retiree Reinsurance Program:
- 100% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Satisfaction with our quality of work:
- 100% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Communication with our clients regarding updates and new
information regarding Programs:
- 100% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Proactive habits on behalf of our clients:
- 94% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Positive and polite attitude towards our clients:
- 100% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Overall rating of RDS Services for level of services and management:
- 100% of our clients respond with excellent or above average
Clients, when asked whether they would recommend us to other organizations responded 100% with Yes and many commented saying they Already have.
