RDS Services, LLC was founded in 2005 when the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) introduced the Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) program. We are subsidy recovery specialists, working with Medicare to manage your RDS program and more recently your Early Retiree Reinsurance Program (ERRP). We also offer consulting services focused on the very specific challenges of employer and plan sponsor organizations managing pre-65 and post-65 legacy obligations. Our expertise lies in understanding the ever- changing Medicare market, plan offerings within this market, strategic approaches transitioning away from defined benefit plan promises and plan/trust structures that facilitate these changes. We are proactive in implementing and managing cost-savings programs.
